Project Description
Well Family offers a variety of educational support services.
Our clinical staff is experienced in working with school administration, teachers, school counselors, and on-campus to support your child. All of our clinicians and support staff have DOJ background check and clearance as well as current TB testing.
Services we provide include:
Psycho-educational testing and report preparation
Academic coaching
Classroom observation
IEP/504 support
Behavior modification/intervention plans
Our staff is happy to provide a free phone consultation and written proposal for services. Use our Request Appointment form to set up your free phone consultation with one of our client service specialists.
If you have documentation of the testing and reporting requirements from your school, providing this in advance will help us make sure your proposal is accurate.
